Pre-order terms & conditions

By placing a pre-order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• All pre-order products are subject to estimated delivery dates. While we strive to meet these timelines, we reserve the right to adjust the delivery schedule if necessary due to production, logistics, or other unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified promptly if any changes occur.
• Pre-orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Full payment may be required at the time of purchase to secure your reservation.
• As a token of our appreciation, each pre-order will include a free travel pouch, provided at no additional cost. This gift is automatically included with qualifying orders and does not require any action from the customer.
• Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund up to 30 days after purchase. After that period, cancellations may not be accepted due to the made-to-order nature of the product.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
