Shipping information.

  • Belgium & Netherlands: 2-3 working days
  • EU delivery: 3-5 working days
  • Worldwide delivery: 6-9 working days

We offer free shipping in Europe. Shipping to the rest of the world will be added during the payment.

Once your order is confirmed and your shipment is registered, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. All our products include tracking, allowing you to easily follow your package using the link provided in the email.

EU Shipping: If your shipping address is within the European Union, the price shown at checkout is the final amount you pay, including VAT.

Non-EU Shipping: If your shipping address is outside the European Union, VAT is not charged.

Important: Orders shipped outside the EU (including the UK) may be subject to additional duties, import taxes, customs, or brokerage fees upon delivery. These charges are not included in the shipping fee.

We’re happy to ship worldwide. Free shipping is available within Europe, and for other destinations, affordable shipping options are available at checkout.

Pre-orders & returns.

The most accurate shipping date is shown on the product page. Please note that this date may change as more orders are placed, but this does not necessarily affect your order. We recommend checking the shipping date at the time of purchase.

Yes, pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund up to 30 days after purchase. After that period, cancellations may not be accepted due to the made-to-order nature of the product. Read our full policy here

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@maaswatches.com please note that returns will need to be sent to the address instructed by us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive your complete package in good condition, your refund will be processed within 3 business days. You’ll receive an email notification at the address associated with your account once the refund has been completed.
