Service of your watch

If your watch is not working as expected, please contact us through our support page. We will guide you through the process of sending your watch in for inspection and repair. Our service process ensures your timepiece is assessed by our factory in Italy, where all technical issues are carefully diagnosed.

All repairs and servicing are handled by our factory in Italy. Once we receive your watch, it is sent to our dedicated service team to thoroughly inspect the issue. This guarantees that every watch is treated with the care and craftsmanship it deserves.

The service process typically takes between 6 and 12 weeks, depending on the complexity of the issue. We aim to return your watch as soon as possible while ensuring it meets the highest standards of repair and quality control.

All MAAS watches come with a warranty that covers any manufacturing defects related to the movement of the watch. If an issue with the movement arises within the warranty period, the service will be carried out free of charge. Please note: the warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, or wear and tear (such as scratches, water damage, or strap issues).

If your watch requires service after the warranty has expired or if the issue falls outside what the warranty covers, we can still assist you. In these cases, the watch will be assessed by our factory in Italy, and a detailed repair quote will be provided. Any service or repair costs will be invoiced to you before we proceed with the work.

Send us your watch

Let us know what issue you're experiencing with your watch and include your order number. After that, send the watch with the warranty card to the address we provide you.

Prepare & Ship Your Watch

Carefully package your watch in its original box (if possible) to ensure safe transport. Ship it with the warranty card to the return address we provide, using a trackable and insured shipping method.

Expert Assessment in Italy

Once we receive your watch, we’ll forward it to our factory in Italy. They will inspect the timepiece and provide us with a full diagnosis and, if applicable, a repair quote. This step ensures your watch is handled with precision and care. Watches bought within the 2-year warranty period are not invoiced.

Service, Update & Return

After your approval (if needed), the repair will begin. Service usually takes 4–8 weeks depending on the complexity. Once completed, your watch will be shipped back to you in perfect working condition, ready to wear again.
